What's on the floor??
Do your thing man.... looks good. Don't worry about all the negative comments. That from posters that presently updating their own "man cave" based off yours, or their wife won't let them have a room, or they can afford a place with an extra room for them,.... or they are too busy watching their YouTube collection of past LSU games and still yelling at thw TV as if the game was live.

I think it's great and wish I could do something like that.
My only question is why such a difference in purples on ceiling and walls? Is it just the light that creates the contrast?

Agreed with other poster about turf on the floor. I think you could get by with engineered wood planks and a small turf section if the room is large enough.
Just my opinion, but I would paint the door frame to match the striping pattern. I would also consider matching the door knob and deadbolt with either an all white set or matte gold/champagne color. Overall looks very cool.
