Yeah I am taking a risk on a dog breed. But iam putting my chips in for this particular dod. She has very bad nightmares every night and cries during them. I feel better with her being a female. I have a couple of other dogs I have socializing her with. Teaching her pact mentality and how to act. She has accepted the role of the submissive female. I have a female German shepherd that keeps everyone in line. Even the humans. If we joke around with each other,she lets everyone know to chill. That dog is not happy until everyone is settled down and has to guard everyone. Those German shepherds are hyper alert. And can be more aggressive than a pit when not trained right. I made sure she was socialized from the a young pup.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. Sheps are very reactive and will put forth a show of force if near their home, but they are not like pit bulls where they go into a bloodthirsty mode and hunt you down and kill you

pits account for 60% of human fatalities for a reason
