I've never taken one of the trips.
But, honestly, you can catch good fish, even some peacocks, in almost any canal or body of water from Orlando south to homestead.

No you will not. I lived in West Palm and we did not have them. You need to go further South.

Bunches of places to fish and they’re loaded with aggressive 1-3 pound largemouth. Loads of guides in the area. Pretty cheap compared to most guided trips.
