You’d think a lawyer would know they can’t frick the independent counsel you appointed because your office couldn’t ethically handle the case? She seems to say oh well, I didn’t realize I couldn’t do that she she’s a prosecutor herself. It just seems insanely bold to lie like that

If I had the abilities to read minds like God, I'd bet 100 SFP dollars before gaining that ability that she was lying.

Creating a story where this un-marked, un-tracked, and un-documented cash is being used by a major public official to reimburse a third party, is a bigger deal to me. That means they don't have any sort of plausible deniability and are grasping for the most dangerous explanation possible.

There is no explanation that would make any sense.

The fact that the DA for the state of GA regularly pays 3rd parties in cash, without receipt, for "legal services" is a clear ethics violation and should result in her being disbarred.

But Fani is a double threat to legal proceedings so nothing is going to happen.

The cash explanation is ridiculous as well—she even gave a Biden-esque story about her sorry old dad and black families that have to squirrel cash away in the walls of the house.

the mere existence of a romantic relationship and awarding that person $1,000 / hour is clearly a violation on its face to me. Clown world
