Not only exhausting it is the epitome of dis-respect...it indicates that black people, or whoever you are mad on behalf of, do not have enough sense to know when they are being put upon. Were I anything other than a white heterosexual male whose gender matches my biological sex that would be insulting to me. I can't speak for anyone else but if someone comes along and starts talking about how my group is being put upon and they ain't part of that group I conclude they are either a moron or insulting or both. It is fully possible to be aware of what other groups face in the US without taking up their cause as yours and eventually exerting your POV on that cause...I think everyone is more or less capable of navigating their own lives themselves without me helping of hinduring.
