East baton rouge is a prison with holding cells.

So whats the difference?

Its majority black in there regardless if you are in the front or the back.

And if they segregated our block there would have been only two of us in one.

I think there’s a big difference between county jails and state penitentiaries. You don’t want to end up in the latter.

County is typically guys only doing a short stretch. Maybe a few years or awaiting trial. Most people in county either have hope of getting out or are just passing their time trying not to do anything to stay in longer than they have to.

State Penitentiaries are full of lifers with nothing to f’ing lose but their seed in your arse.
