Built in loopholes guaranteed that the WH were never going to deport, or for that matter, decrease illegal migration. The 5000 a day quota is an insult to the intelligence of Americans. Lankford should be keel hauled for allowing himself to be McConnell's and Schumer's patsy.

It’s a Trojan horse. It doesn’t improve border security at all. If anything, it worsens it.
