I just watched his speech on the floor with white board.
Seems like an intelligent guy...
He said the 5000 per day are not released but are processed...and deported if they dont meet the new asylum requirements.
He says the bill is 378 pages not 600.
Said it is a hard read because immigration policy is not simple.
I ask why is it complicated?
People are intentionally avoiding poets of entry.
That should be an automatic
deportation...
He explained shutting down border means no process...automatic deportation.
What about those who don't get caught?
Are we now going to see agents get rough with people? Because we see air conditioned busses...food, medical care, beds, then a plane ride to a city near you...
We want zero tolerance policy because its unlawful

Like I said, if the left was serious about it, Biden, renact all Trump era policies, that you can easily do... You don't need any other legislations to do to... let it sit for 6 months, and then we can talk about long term legislation.

The requirements are set by Biden and Mayorkas who have shown you don’t need requirements to claim asylum.
It also takes all immigration trials out of the states into the extremely liberal DC courts.
