It's strange and a little sad, but Southie is all recent college graduates now. The locals got priced out, and moved down to Dorchester.

I heard in a certain State they were building communities with farmers markets in the middle for illegals. Head Start built in. Nice apartments. How long before the projects get jealous and or kicked out?
