Most of the plate carriers have the ability to attach mag holders, first aid kits, etc.

My plan is to rig it with these, so I'm not looking for a concealed carrier or vest. But if I have to use grocery bags, I'll make sure they're double bagged, lol

I have single strap bags with mags in them for now.
