Best rule change would be to get rid of fouling out.
You stay in the game after 5 fouls, but there is a penalty for future fouls.
Two shot fouls become three; three shot fouls become 4; one and one fouls become two to make three.
This rule change would make the coach decide if it was better to keep the player in the game or not.

quote:I would have been great for that game. When I played in a YMCA media league in Dallas I was the guy that went in and fouled a guy that no one on our team could guard. It really made other teams mad when 5'8" 200 lb me came in to guard a 6'3" guy, and just grabbed him.
