To be honest, I put Jefferson in the wrong here. For one thing, he went to the helmet of the OL which of course is a penalty in and of itself in a game. Second then of course he lost it and ripped the guy's helmet off and threw it away. Pretty sure he isn't going to be charged with a crime 
but in a game he gets a penalty for each of his actions... a quick 30 yards and probable ejection.
