If "shall not be infringed" means tons of gun regulations, restrictions, and bans are okay, then the wording of the 22nd amendment allows for reasonable term limit extensions. I'd say 3 to 4 terms is reasonable, unless there is a pandemic or war, then you could go to 6 or 7
