Are you at all aware of the conditions in Central America, Mexico and Venezuela? The Venezuela problem is not affecting just the US but also Brazil and Colombia. The idea that you just cut whatever welfare is available here and problem solve is the height of naïveté. Jfc, Roger.

One is a mechanism (NGOs using govt money) the other is a reason (welfare)
