The Chinese crawfish have a slightly different taste in my opinion. Louisiana seem to taste “fresher” for lack of a better term.

I prefer Louisiana but using Chinese isn’t a deal breaker when LA is $16 and China is $9 and you need more than one pack.

Fock that. If LA crawfish were $30 a pound peeled and chinese were $10 I'd still support the local fisherman.
