Circumstantial evidence is used as determinative in murder cases, and in criminal law all the time.

In the instance of Election2020, the circumstantial evidence is overwhelming. The denial of transparency, court dodges, verifiably false claims in defense, etc. is further damning.

Say what you want about it. Deny as you will. Just don't expect anyone here to suppose you actually believe what you say. Especially when you begin your comments with the premise there was no "actual EVIDENCE of cheating."
