Yeah, that makes sense.

The businesses that really make me scratch my head are specialty drink shops. Even local coffee shops, if they don't have a drive-thru.

Even if they're fairly popular with the coffee drinking community, most people only go in for 1 drink. I've sat at local coffee shops between meetings when traveling for work, and seldom see anyone go back up to the counter for additional items. And some of them sit there for hours.

Or like, boba tea. I doubt people are buying that in bulk like they do coffee or donuts for the office. How are they staying open? Are enough people going in daily for a boba drink?
