No, shite. They wanted LA in the game. This will be the same with KC. NFL will do its job to make sure Taylor is a part of the Super Bowl. Baltimore going to get fricked unless they blow out KC.

If you were fixing a game because you wanted a certain team in the SB, is that the way you’d do it? Blow a call late but leave the team you want to win behind needing a 48 yard FG to tie and send it to OT. Then have them lose the toss in OT and win in a 57 yard FG?

2 plays before the blown call Brees threw the ball at Thomas feet or Thomas walks into the EZ. The Saints also were up 13-0 in the first. Did the league cause the Saints opening drive to stall or they one after an INT set them up on the 17?

It was a the officiating equivalent of Buckner letting the ball between the legs but it wasn’t “fixed”. The Saints had ample chances to win and arguably should have anyway
