Was trying to remember this house since I grew up in Alexandria, but had no idea where this was. I moved away after I graduated in '87. That whole area was still vacant at that time.

Absolutely positive.
The north boundary of the 3500 acres farmland is Rigolette Bayou,not sure of the south boundary.It is entered through a gate on Kateland Rd.
The north boundary of the 3500 acre hunting property is Rigolette bayou,the south boundary is the Red River levee.
My wife’s old boss’s father-in-law bought the 3500 acre hunting property at the auction.
