Sitting through it now, you could tell they were going through the minimum effort to check off a box. Labeling it as DEI was probably more detrimental, than using the old terms we knew of harrassment/anti-bullying. Those are classes I sat through in the 80s in school.
What was covered, should be handled by parents already. Do not use racial slurs against people, however we know the current state of parenting in this country.
