Pharmacist can’t give you the meds without a valid prescription. Call your doc and speak with his nurse. You’ll be more likely to get somewhere. Worst case, go to urgent care and let them know the situation and when your next scheduled appointment is and ask if they would be able to write a prescription until then.

I understand that, I was just doing some research this afternoon that said it might be possible and I came here to seek some validity to it.

Ya, ur general doc should be able to help too if u can’t get emergency supply. U shouldn’t suddenly stop taking an antidepressant.

To the 10 people that up voted this comment, my pharmacy gave me 3 days worth to get me through the weekend.
