Old days NOPD put held a belt tight on crime. Today you have a DA that only goes after criminals who car Jack him or his family. The rest of the citizens can FO. This is what you get.
If you had a mayor that cared hire enough NOPD to be paper pushers to get around federal consent decree.
Have the criminal sheriff become the law enforcement of the city and hire enough deputy’s to patrol the city. Charge the former honor student college drop outs with federal crimes.
All the good cough cough lol citizens of the city are doing now is moving the tax paying citizens to Jefferson Parish and Northshore. The businesses are also leaving to neighboring parish following the middle class workers.
