I have no problem suspending the belief that those men (and women) surviving those scenarios wouldn’t in real life. They’re not documentaries or historically accurate depictions. They’re fictional action movies.
If little Tom Cruise can kick all of that arse (and I’ve met him IRL, he’s small) then I don’t see why suspending that same belief for a woman is tearing down society. And how puny is our society if it is.

Because those guys are badasses. The women do crazy shite in Fast and Furious as well, but its less believable, because boobs.

You picked the dude that does his own stunts. Not a great example.

Because IRL, "little" Tom Cruise could probably physically whip 99% of the women on the Planet.
