This is key. It's been my experience reputable dealers are usually family owned and who are invested in their local communities. While not always perfect and mistakes happen, they usually make things right with customers in the end.

I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced at dealership especially if your vehicle has warranty coverage remaining.
