The most annoying part of the stadium experience is that cringe-worthy Gamecock crow they play during the game. It's just...bad.
It's going to very hot, and there's a whole lot of concrete surrounding that Stadium.
I know some people have suggested a Cockaboose (the rail cars), but those things are all privately owned and very expensive, so that's really not an option.
The fans are generally friendly and the stadium is much louder than you might expect. South Carolina fans really, really support their team.

They love their Sandstorm while waving white towels too. The entrance to Also Sprach Zarathustra (theme from 2001: A Space Odyssey) is lame and dated, but they really get into it. When their fans get into the game, it can get very loud. I'd say it's louder than Bryant-Denny stadium even though it's smaller, but not nearly as loud as either Tiger Stadium or Jordan-Hare.
They've improved the area around the stadium a lot over the years, but it's still basically a bunch of parking lots. Their campus is nice, but it sits on the edge of downtown Columbia, rather than near the stadium. The city itself reminds me a lot of Baton Rouge, only with a much nicer downtown.
