Spray your feet with unscented antiperspirant deodorant and let it dry before putting socks on.
If it’s real cold I put on a thin Thermax liner sock and then Merino wool socks.
Make sure your boots are large enough that they aren’t real tight.

This! Came here to post this exactly. If you have to hunt in rubber boots your feet are sweating. My feet sweat in flip flops. This keeps me comfortable.

ETA: if youre standing on metal put some wood, fabric, something down to keep your boots off the metal. Doesn't make sense why it works so well but it does.
