re: Private school, yay or nay?

for elementary and middle school I think it's important. I went to public, my kids go to private. I went to good public but still had to deal with public school shite. My kids don't have to worry about 99% of the stuff I did while at school, they get a religious education that isn't woke, they get a much more robust education than I received and they are around other kids from like-minded families.

HS.... depends if there is a good option for public or not but in general, prefer kids to stay in private school. In general, being around kids from high-achieving families usually has a positive effect.

many against private schools usually point to drugs or other isolated incidents in general instead of the group as a whole and comparing groups in public vs private as a whole.

my oldest will stay private for HS. Middle kid will prolly go barbe as many of his best friends will go there and their AP program is one of the best in the state. Not sure on youngest yet as he is only in 2nd grade.
