Don’t get me wrong. I am in no way complaining about having a day off. I do understand why some people don’t like or agree with it. Sometimes I’m on the same side as them, sometimes I’m not.

The fact that you mentioned about it not being up to us needs to be pounded into everyone’s heads. Teachers have no say at all in school closures. We are not even made privy about what goes into the decision making process.
