Putin is not threatening anyone. All the more reason for Trump. Biden (well, whoever has their hand up his arse, anyway) is trying really hard to goad Putin into more war.

It all hinges on the scenarios outlook for a Russian spring offensive and break out in Ukraine. If that does not happen, the rest of the plan does not. However, I 'very always been intrigued with the precarious position of Kaliningrad
