Yeah, the whole firing after one quarter is brutal. Either she sucked or despite her work, some bullshite analytics showed the company that she was a lost cause.

Can’t imagine taking a job for a company like that knowing your leash is that short from the start. Especially in Q4 which can be tricky to navigate at times. Now if the record shows that she’s just a shitty employee, then I get it. But if you worked hard and just had poor luck closing right out of the gate, then frick them.
