My wife wanted one badly but we chose another brand. We have had a Honda or Acura product in our garage since 1980.

Some reasons we backed off was, the RDX/MDX required premium gas and there was no spare tire. As I recall, they did have a can of fix-a-flat in the tire well.

We put regular gas in ours and there is a spare tire

Not sure what year you were looking, but we have a 2022 MDX and neither of these are true for that year / model.

Eta: RDX didn't have spare, you are right on that.

The only Acura model that has ever required premium is the NSX... everything else it is recommended
