I forget how old some of yall are, I don't have any memory of lsu football prior to Saban coaching and at that time Alabama wasn't exactly a powerhouse. It's funny how generational lsu's "rivalries" are.

LSU hated Bama when Saban coached here. That was a big reason people couldn’t believe he’d go there.
