Am a longtime LSU fan. My dislike of alabama has ZERO to do with Nick Saban. I hated alabama when I was in college, 1969-1974. bama has always been my most disliked team even when I was a kid in the 1960s.

Oh yeah no doubt - I just happened to get into CFB when they were down and UF was the main villain.

I forget how old some of yall are, I don't have any memory of lsu football prior to Saban coaching and at that time Alabama wasn't exactly a powerhouse. It's funny how generational lsu's "rivalries" are.
