No answer to this question:

If Biden says that militias (aka US citizens that won’t support his stupidity) are terrorists, can he have the military (arbitrarily and without penalty) kill them?

Thanks to George Bush and the Republicans in 2001, we passed the Patriot Act. It's been a while since I read through it, but one of the things that stood out to me at the time was the law gave the president of the US the power to unilaterally declare who is a terrorist, and without recourse from the accused. At the time I was astonished by this, and wondered if the Republicans thought the Democrats would never be in charge again to use this against their political enemies. Here we are. I'm not surprised.
I'm also pretty sure the Patriot Act allows the president to do all manner of violent things to groups he declares to be terrorists.
But it looks like people ITT don't even believe there's such a thing as rebellion. It was after Shays' Rebellion that Jefferson famously quipped that the tree of liberty, blah, blah, blah, with which Washington vehemently disagreed. The rebellion, and the subsequent action of the Massachusetts militia, greatly influenced the Constitutional Convention where the weaknesses of the Confederation were discussed, and thus a stronger federal government would be formed to have the power to combat just such rebellious actions in conjunction with state militias.
Note that in Shays' Rebellion, Shays' men, while trained in use of arms and drilled for combat, were NOT considered a militia, but were simply rebels. It was the governor of Massachusetts who called forth the militia (under civil authority) to combat the rebels.
Joseph Biden calling these armed groups "militias" just shows what a retard he is.
