Well, I was born at Charity Hospital, mother was at the hospital for unwed mother's in New Orleans apparently before that. My question is, a lot of those original records and such were in the basement of charity or universtiy hosptial and got flooded during Katrina. I am not sure this is going to help many folks born in the new orleans area. But would be interesting to see
