NIL was never meant to an open season to buy players, and coaches having to re-recruit their roster all year long, that's what we're doing and it must stop...

How are y’all still unclear on this?

NIL was not a rule or policy that was someone’s idea put into practice, it was the Supreme Court deciding that college football players live in a capitalist society like anyone else. The genie is out of the bottle, the players are getting exactly what someone is willing to pay them, the only practical change possible is limiting the freedom to transfer with impunity, and the NCAA has shown they’re scared shitless of restricting that for fear they’ll be sued, again, under the same premise as before.

This is how things are now, and they aren’t going back.

It is part of the right to enter into contracts which the holie Conjobstitution states cannot be impaired by any law, but who on here understands that. This would also prohibit any "legal" monopolies, but who understand that?

Yah, yah, lot of people arrogantly believe they know the future of college football. "This is the way, it can't be stopped"

No, I say, the adults need to step back in, speak truth, and implement new rules so blatant corruption isn't rampant.

Corruption isn't okay,

I am tired of the world being afraid of the woke culture devoid of values.
