I like Steiner he seems like a good ole boy who says whats on his mind. He did a great job getting the team built out of the gate. But then he hit a wall and I think was declining. The new TP seems like he can move them up some notches in comparison.
I hope Steiner gets on some type of commentary though that would be great listening. Maybe as a guest.

He got a part time commenting gig with a German broadcaster.

Steiner didn’t believe. The head guy doesn’t believe then that permeates through the team. Even if it’s bullshite, the head guy has to portray an aura of confidence and positivity.
