Nice. Local shop near me that makes incredible espresso uses a Niche.
The Niche and DF64 differ in the burrs. Niche uses conical, DF64 uses flat. Supposedly, conical burrs excel at traditional chocolately/sweet espresso. Flat burrs excel at providing clarity you’d want to highlight in a lighter roast. The Niche is a higher quality grinder and is easier to live with.
