This is the same interface that was here 17-18 years ago. That is antiquated.

That has nothing to do with speed which is what your whole thread is about.
Craigslist has the same interface from when it started in 1995. Do you think that means they are still running on the same server speed as nearly 30 years ago? Do you think that the code hasn't been adjusted despite the appearance?
You have no grasp of how any of this works. Just stop.
