Again. This IS NOT A COOKING COMPETITION.
We're cooking a meal for parents of hospitalized kids.
We have access to the kitchen beginning at 3.
We have to serve the food at 5.
For someone with a sick child who has spent the day eating out of vending machines this version of Red Beans and Rice will be the best thing they've eaten all day.
We won't get any complaints about it not be "real".
