They breasted them???

I marinate in sherry and seasoning overnight. Next day brown it in bacon drippings, then you can add your onions,bell peppers etc, and about 1/2 qt of chicken stock. Roast on 350 for about 3 hours or until tender in a covered magnalite roaster. Baste every 30 minutes. Add mushrooms for the last 30 minutes. Once you finish you can thicken the gravy up if necessary and serve over rice.

Put goose in crockpot with leather boot. Cook 5 hours, remove goose, throw away and eat boot.
