Cook in crock pot with apple juice, onions, and apples until falling apart

Remove meat from crock pot and set aside with about 1 cup of the broth

Chop 1lbs of bacon into tiny pieces and cook until slightly crispy and fat is rendered

Pour goose meat, broth, and bacon bits/fat back into crock pot. Pour in your favorite bbq sauce and mix it all up

Serve up with little sliders
