Notre Dame is not an easier path to the playoffs. If that was the case, Notre Dame would be in the playoffs every year even after losing Kelly. Also, an easier path to the playoff doesn't necessarily mean winning a game in the playoffs.

No, it means Notre Dame doesn't have as good of a program as LSU, and hasn't for 30 years.

Kelly built it back up to as it as it's been since Holtz was there and left for a better opportunity.

Ok, please look at their schedule this year and look at ours and explain how their 3 loss team didn’t have an easier road then our 3 loss team? If they had beaten Louisville (UK demolished them) they'd be in a 12 team playoff this year if it existed. So anyone with a brain can see they have a much easier road to the playoffs than LSU. At least you attempted to clarify your incorrect opinion with the fact that once they get there, they will lose quickly. Every time ND has made the playoffs, it’s been an embarrassment. I remember the BCS Bama game, where it wasn’t close, and I think that’s the only time they ever made it? So to clarify, they have a much easier road to the playoffs, where if they get there will be blown out when they play a top SEC team and probably B10 as well. If they get lucky and pull ACC or B12, maybe they’d get 1 win, but they did lose to 2 ACC schools this year that were not that good.

LSU strength of schedule, 14th. ND, 63rd.
