Pelicans 100% deserved the loss

Saw it coming in the 3rd quarter with the way they didn’t play like the lead was something valuable. Careless play and bad shots on the offensive end down the stretch. Why they continued to go out and try to guard Morant as far out as they were, when he constantly blew right by them and didn’t make an outside shot the entire game, is beyond me.

What's sad is, you're in the same division. You should know his strength and weaknesses better than most teams and you defend him like he can shoot.

The fact that half of the Pels 12 losses have been to bad teams says a lot.
