Leftover meatloaf and a cooks sampling of Pecan Tasseys, cherry and apple tarts, various appetizers, and snack foods for family Christmas gathering tomorrow night.
Making Sausage and chicken gumbo, Momma Bear (Beef and vegetable) soup, cornbread and yeast rolls tomorrow = starting early so the beef in my soup will have long enough to get tender before everyone begins eating. The wife is also cooking tons of various dishes, so oven and stove scheduling will be tight.
