I had this same thought today after I attempted to listen to an episode of cinephobe today. Over 10 minutes of them cutting up and trying to be funny before they even start talking about the movie. Turned it off. That's really podcasts in general though. Too many hosts that think that they are much funnier and way more entertaining than they really are.
Nothing really compares with Rewatchables for me, although I agree that some of the hosts can be annoying and too pretentious, and some of the movie choices are meh.
