BR City Parish just approved a 1 BILLION dollar budget. EBR Public Schools just approved a 544 million dollar budget. EBR Public Schools receives 100% of the tax revenue , but only has to provide services to 70-75% of the children. It may be less depending upon how Zachary and Baker are counted. Despite that , their schools are below average.
