This is my biggest concern. I’ve accepted that the next 2-3 years are going to be painful no matter what. Don’t make it worse by allowing Allen to pull desperate trades or moves. Tell him to accept what he gets, make the best out of it, and enjoy his paycheck.
I felt like the move for Carr was an attempt to save his job. That predictably blew up. Don’t let him do something similar
