Need to see better in game management. The lack of situational awareness in the closing management of the game is frustrating to watch. The lack of use of key weapons in the red zone and first and goal is mind boggling.

Games were lost by 1st and goal ineptitude. No adjustments in strategy and play calling led to multiple losses for winnable games. Even setting up a potential winning field goal and making an opponent use their timeouts and calling plays where Taysom could pop a run to dagger clock and the opponent were ignored.

Retaining a head coach that ignores basic offensive strategies and tactics is very painful to watch. Getting beat by a turnover, a penalty, or bad luck is one thing— but a head coach making the same stupid decisions over and over again may be too unbearable for most fans to continue to watch.
