I still remember her pretending that the potus has absolute power and that trump could've easily built the wall, but he didn't want to.

No. It's because Trump was the only one with a winning message on immigration - the message that people supported and she would cite poll data about this quite a bit.

She's given numerous examples of things totally within Trump's power that he failed to do. Taxing remittances, ending anchor babies, etc.
